01 / Property Rights

Ownership & Assets

Unless explicitly stated through a Transfer of Rights agreement post-final payment, all creative concepts, preliminary wireframes, bespoke code modules, and visual interfaces developed by webdesignbureau remain the proprietary intellectual property of the studio.

Permitted Usage

  • Portfolio viewing and educational research.
  • Temporary caching for browser optimization.
  • Quoting with mandatory back-link attribution.

Strict Prohibitions

  • Algorithmic data mining or AI training on our renders.
  • Decompilation of proprietary CSS frameworks.
  • Unauthorised reselling of boilerplate logic.

03 / Arbitration

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.

In the event of a disagreement regarding technical delivery or creative direction, both parties agree to undergo a mandatory 30-day "Cooling Off" period where mediation will be attempted via an independent third-party design consultant before legal proceedings are initiated.
